Overview
Destroy All Humans was a game for the original Xbox console in which, rather than follow the usual formula of humans fighting an alien invasion, gave players a chance to play from the alien point-of-view.
The Furon Empire, the game's protagonists (antagonists in any other game), reproduce by cloning as they lack genitalia. Cryptosporidium-136 (the 135th clone of the original Crypto) went to Earth in search of Furon DNA harvested there a long time prior. When he was captured, Cryptosporidium-137, the player character, goes in search of him and the Furon DNA, under the command of Orthopox-15 (voiced by Richard Steven Horvitz of Invader Zim, also an alien invasion comedy).
Upon finding Cryptosporidium-136, they learn of his fate, which were presumably terrible experiments at the hands of the humans. He then goes on a rampage across America, incurring the wrath of Majestic, a CIA-esque alien hunting society. He wins, only to be warned by their leader that America wasn't the only country on the planet.
At the end of the game, "The End" is shown on the Western Hemisphere of the globe. It spins around to the Eastern Hemisphere - Australia, Africa, Asia - and a question mark is shown, leaving a sequel wide open. A sequel for Sony Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 version was released on November 3rd 2008 in North America, which also came to europe on Febuary 13th 2009.
This game is not backward-compatible on the Xbox 360.
